Why My Relationships Feel Like a Movie I’ve Already Seen

If I got a dollar for every time I had the exact same argument with a completely different person, I’d be a billionaire by now.
You know that feeling? You’re in the kitchen or at work, and suddenly you feel that familiar heat in your chest. You start saying things that feel like they are part of a script you’ve read before. You think, “Here we go again! Why do I always end up with people who don't listen to me or take advantage of me?”
It feels good to blame others. If it’s their fault, then I’m just a victim of bad luck.
But after the fifth or sixth time the "actors" in your life change while the "story" stays exactly the same, you have to face a tough truth: I am the one carrying the script.
We usually think our relationships fail because of the other person. But what if they are actually a mirror? What if they are showing us a "karmic pattern" we didn't know we had? They aren't there to ruin your life; they are there to show you exactly where you are stuck.
The big change happens when we stop asking, "Why is this happening to me?" and start asking, "Which pattern am I repeating right now?" When you stop blaming others and take responsibility for your part, the "bad movie" finally ends, and a brand-new story can begin. If you need help creating your brand new story, join my course:
